Description
Strips one or more random headgears from a target player by chance. When successful, the enemy receives a status which disallows him to re-equip or switch headgears for the skill's duration. The status can be removed via relogging, upon death, using the Healer NPC (non-WoE times only), or by Chemical Protection Helm, Gospel or Dispell. The skill can be used again provided the target still has a headgear equipped. When used on a monster, it reduces the monster's INT by 4 for the skill's duration.
The success chance is affected by the skill level and DEX difference of the caster and the target. The chance cannot go below 5% unless the target is not wearing any headgear or is under the effects of Chemical Protection Helm. The formula for success is:
[(Player DEX - Target DEX) / 5] + Base Chance
Duration is also affected by the skill level and DEX difference of the caster and target. The duration can be 0 seconds. If used again to remove another headger, the duration is reset. The formula for duration is:
[Player DEX - Target DEX) / 2] + Base Duration
