Gravity Error after using @go # (any number)
A bug that still isn't fixed. To avoid this, don't use @go after you have just logged back in.
Gravity Error when opening skill window
Patching your client will resolve this.
Gravity Error after warping to Manuk or Splendide
Patch your client to resolve this issue.
You can also reset your character's position through the Control Panel but this is only a temp. solution.
Gravity Error from items in inventory
Patch your client to resolve this issue.
You can also remove the item using the Item Specialist, if you know what the item is. The Item Specialist can be found in Old Payon.
Unable to find binkw32.dll (or some other DLL)
You probably only downloaded Sakray. Sakray is no longer supported because it has been discontinued by Gravity. In order to play properly, players should download kRO instead. Follow the Installation Guide to find available downloads.
If you are using kRO already, then make sure eRO and kRO are installed in the same folder, and that the executable file EssenceRO.exe is in your RO folder where it should be. It's possible the file was moved to the desktop instead of creating a shortcut.
PSAPI.dll Errors
Another instance of PSAPI gets found and then causes a conflict with the original psapi.dll located in your windows\system32 folder, which will result in an error that it couldn't be located. Here is one of the methods to resolve this:
- Open up Search from Start Menu.
- Find all instances PSAPI.DLL on your PC.
- Rename all extra copies of PSAPI.DLL files found EXCEPT the one located in \Windows\System32\ folder to some other names like PSAPIOLD.DLL (never delete or do anything with the PSAPI.DLL file in your Windows or Windows/System 32 folder).
- Reboot the system.
This should resolve your problem with PSAPI. If it does persist, then feel free to post in the Tech Support section on the forums, where people will be able to help you further.
DINPUT.dll error
If DINPUT causes errors, then the best remedy is to delete the file and just not use it.
Note:
DINPUT is used for Mouse Freedom. This allows you to move your mouse outside of the RO window, without having to ALT Tab.
Failed to connect
Before doing anything, make sure the server is not under maintenance. Just check eRO's website at the top of the screen, if all three servers are on (green color), then read further. It's probably about either the router's setting if you're behind one, or your operating system's Firewall. Make sure you put exceptions for Ragnarok Online to play past your firewall.
